Please check your borrowed items carefully when you get home to ensure that all parts are included and in working order. If you believe a part is missing or broken, please contact us immediately so that we can make a note on our computer and find an alternative part for your borrowed item. Contacting us will also ensure that you do not face any unfair fines on your next visit.
A small fee is charged per broken piece unless the item is otherwise marked. Some items are more valuable and will incur a greater fee for broken or lost parts.
Please do not avoid returning toys due to broken parts - we would prefer to have our toys returned so that we can repair or replace as needed. We understand that accidents can happen.
