Please check your borrowed items carefully when you get home to ensure that all parts are included and in working order. If you believe a part is missing or broken, please contact us immediately so that we can make a note on our computer and find an alternative part for your borrowed item. Contacting us will also ensure that you do not face any unfair fines on your next visit.
A $2.00 fee is charged per missing piece unless the item is otherwise marked. Some items are more valuable and will incur a greater fee for broken or lost parts. If you find the missing part after you have already paid the fine, please return it to the Toy Library as we always need spare parts. Your fine will not be refunded.
Please do not avoid returning toys due to broken or missing parts - we would prefer to have our toys returned so that we can repair or replace as needed.
